Product Description
The bride's bouquet is one large flower made Schwarzwalder callas. We began by enfolding one calla inside another. we made a slit in the outside calla at the point where the blossom meets the stem, removed the stamen, and taped the two stems together. (The two stems together are nearly strong enough to hold up the composite flower. Later, we additionally reinforced these stems with six-inch Cowee picks, laid alongside them and secured with floral tape.) To add more calla petals, we again slit the blooms, now removing the stems as well as the stamens. We painted the base of the composite flower with floral adhesive before adding each new flower. The bouquet is accented with leaf-like loops of green aluminium wire and hanging amaranthus. Dallas Wedding Flowers.
